What you will do
- Provide theoretical and practical instruction in your area of expertise.
- Prepare and keep updated schemes of work, lesson plans, lesson notes, trainee records, and teaching materials.
- Assess trainees' performance.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly cared for and maintained.
- Organize co-curricular activities.
- Maintain discipline among trainees.
- Guide and counsel trainees.
Requirements
- Hold a diploma in one of the specified fields: Industrial/Construction Plant Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building and Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Power Option), Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Clothing/Fashion Design/Textile Technology, Food and Beverage, Catering/Hospitality, or Hair and Beauty Therapy.
- Have a certificate in instructors' course from Kenya School of TVET or KTTC.
- Have a certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution.
Benefits
