DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide information about available food and beverages.
- Respond to customer requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Food & Beverage Service
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper service standards.
- Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are clean and well organized.
- Follow proper food and beverage handling and service procedures.
Bartending
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Monitor beverage supplies and report low stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
Payments & Order Management
- Present bills accurately and process cash, mobile money, or other approved payments.
- Ensure orders are recorded correctly and payments are properly accounted for.
- Report any payment discrepancies or customer billing concerns to the supervisor.
General Duties
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and professional appearance at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company policies, health and safety standards, and customer service procedures.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Bartender, or similar hospitality role is an added advantage.
- Presentable, hardworking, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays where required.
- Must demonstrate good teamwork and a positive attitude.
