Technical Project Manager

• Scope technical solutions to meet customer needs and recommend value-optimizing solutions.
• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to align solution designs with customer requirements.
• Secure technical commitments from customers to close deals.
• Lead partner integrations from analysis through design, go-live, and post-delivery monitoring.
• Support existing partners with daily challenges and expansion plans.
• Contribute to special projects with innovative solutions and proof of concepts.
• Improve internal monitoring, reporting, and operational tools and processes.
• Train sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and technical skills.

• At least 5 years experience in technical project management or solutions delivery involving API/integration with external stakeholders.
• Experience in a B2B company supporting partners with technical solutions or services.
• Interest and experience in the fintech or payments industry and market innovations.
• Experience integrating with APIs over IP such as REST or Web Services.
• Experience working in an Agile environment; Jira experience is a plus.
