What you will do

  • Manage the entire recruitment process including job intake, sourcing, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and recommend process improvements.
  • Handle daily employee relations including resolving complaints.
  • Coordinate and facilitate performance and talent management activities.
  • Support HR strategies, policies, procedures, and programs to promote growth and retention.

Requirements

  • Have an educational background in human resources or a relevant technical field.
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience including full life-cycle recruitment working with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Have experience as both an agency recruiter and an in-house recruiter.
  • Be creative in sourcing candidates and managing candidate experience.
  • Have experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles such as engineering, business, and commercial positions.
  • Be highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience using Human Resources Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, team members, and candidates.
  • Possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Have high business acumen to align projects with business objectives.
