What you will do
- Advise Kenya's leadership team on organisational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
- Own talent review, performance calibration, and succession planning for the Kenya client group.
- Lead employee relations resolution and act as the escalation point for the market.
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour law.
- Drive organisational change initiatives including restructuring, transformations, and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of progressive HR or People Partner experience.
- Between 3 to 6 years advising director-level or above executives in fast-growth, matrixed organisations.
- Working knowledge of Kenyan labour law and regulatory environment.
- Experience handling employee relations escalations from start to finish.
- Proven experience designing and executing organisational design, workforce planning, or succession strategies, including building frameworks.
