What you will do
- Build capacity of People & Culture officers on recruitment and staff data management.
- Train managers and recruitment panels on recruitment procedures and system use.
- Negotiate job offers, issue contracts, and manage recruitment processes using Workday.
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding of new hires with zonal teams.
- Develop and implement learning and development plans, including partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate performance management programs and staff engagement initiatives.
- Manage office and team house maintenance, supplies, and international visitor arrangements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' experience in recruitment, especially in fragile contexts.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience, preferably in both INGO and for-profit sectors.
- Strong skills in behavioural interviewing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in workforce planning and recruitment metrics tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Sudan subject to security clearance.
