Solar Inverter Activation and Audit Officer

• Track and manage inverter activation requests from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and escalating delays when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors to assist with on-site and remote activation setup, resolving basic issues and escalating technical problems.
• Conduct warehouse audits to verify inverter units and accessories against approved requests and report discrepancies.
• Perform dispatch audits to ensure activation items match delivery locations and report any errors or delays.
• Maintain organized documentation and reports on activation status, vendor feedback, and audit results.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, stock records, and dispatch data.
• Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and activation schedules accurately.
• Clear written communication skills for reporting and escalation.
• Comfortable working directly with field, vendor, and warehouse teams.
• Good judgment on when and how to escalate problems to avoid delays.
• Organized and consistent in following operational routines.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets for tracking and audit work; prior experience with inventory, stock, or dispatch systems is an advantage but not required.
