What you will do
- Assist with customer invoice processing, statement dispatch, and payment receipting.
- Follow up on outstanding customer invoices through calls, emails, and visits.
- Help resolve customer payment queries and obtain proof of payments.
- Support month-end collections and reconcile customer accounts.
- Assist with vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and responding to vendor inquiries.
- Update accounting software with document matching before invoice posting and payment approvals.
- Prepare weekly payment schedules and distribute remittance advice to vendors.
- Update daily and weekly cash summaries and track expected receipts and payments.
- Assist with cash flow monitoring and reporting alongside the Finance Supervisor.
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Follow up on staff travel expenses and review supporting documents.
- Assist with data entry, finance record updates, and improving finance administrative processes.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, commerce, or a related quantitative field.
- CPA Part 2 qualification or higher.
