What you will do

  • Implement the Infrastructure & Energy Business Segment Portfolio strategy aligned with KCB Group's overall strategy.
  • Achieve annual business growth targets including revenue, fees, commissions, balance sheet, and customer growth.
  • Execute client deals according to strategic client plans.
  • Collaborate with business partners to meet sales growth tactics and targets.
  • Promote cross-selling of existing and new products to clients.
  • Ensure consistent, seamless, and trusted customer service to retain and build customer loyalty.
  • Maintain and deepen client relationships and manage key regional customers and stakeholders.
  • Submit quality credit proposals on time following Credit Policy guidelines.
  • Maintain portfolio quality within Non-Performing Loans and Portfolio at Risk limits.

Requirements

  • Have a university degree from a recognized institution.
  • Possess at least seven years of banking experience in the financial or banking sector.
  • Have at least four years' experience in Corporate Relationship Management within Infrastructure, Contractor Financing, Real Estate, Transport, Telecommunication, or Energy sectors.
  • Have at least four years of experience in Credit and Financial Analysis.
  • Be knowledgeable about Trade and Transaction Banking products.
  • Have deep understanding of Infrastructure and Energy value chains.
  • Have strong sector knowledge of Infrastructure and Energy sectors including emerging trends, threats, and opportunities.
  • Be digitally savvy and computer literate.
