Senior Business Analyst

• Analyse business needs and stakeholder requirements to develop aligned technical solutions.
• Evaluate customer feedback, operational data, and market trends to identify opportunities for digital experience improvements and process optimisation.
• Benchmark industry practices and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business process improvements and promote agile approaches.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements using various techniques and translate them into clear specifications.
• Review business processes to find gaps and recommend improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis of complaints, operational issues, and risks to suggest solutions.
• Support benchmarking activities and identify opportunities to enhance digital operations.
• Design and implement effective customer journeys across digital channels.
• Develop test cases, maintain traceability, conduct quality assurance, and support user testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, data protection, and internal policies.
• Adhere to requirements management guidelines to maintain quality of analysis outputs.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Promote knowledge sharing and document lessons learnt for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• CBAP certification is mandatory.
• At least five years of experience in business analysis on complex projects.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, solution testing, and stakeholder coordination.
