Sales and Marketing Officer (Restaurant and Airbnbs)

• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue from the restaurant and Airbnb units.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities such as corporate clients and travel agencies.
• Drive restaurant reservations and room bookings through direct sales and promotions.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the business and manage digital marketing activities.
• Manage Airbnb listings to ensure accurate descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability.
• Develop strategies to maximize room occupancy and respond promptly to accommodation inquiries.
• Build customer loyalty programs and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and monitor performance against targets.
• Work with management to ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable results.

• Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or short-stay accommodation.
• Proven ability to generate sales, attract customers, and increase revenue.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Good customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

The role offers a monthly salary of KSHS 50,000.
