Report & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for various business units. User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, helping them understand and leverage Power BI tools effectively.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable business insights. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, data scientists, and IT teams, to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business needs. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all Power BI projects, including data sources, calculations, and report design. Compliance & Governance: Ensure data governance standards and best practices are followed, maintaining data security and privacy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
Proven experience of 3 years+ as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of developed Power BI reports and dashboards. Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query. Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query Formula Language). Experience with SQL and other data querying languages. Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles. Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 11.
