What you will do

  • Teach subjects assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Design, develop, plan, and deliver various study programmes, including new courses at different levels.
  • Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions.
  • Provide students with practical learning experiences and guidance.
  • Regularly review and update course content and materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on course development, curriculum changes, and research activities.
  • Conduct research, write grant proposals, and participate in consultancies.
  • Present research papers at national or international conferences.
  • Disseminate research findings.
  • Mentor and provide career guidance to students and staff.
  • Ensure academic activities meet set standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or outlined in the job description.

Requirements

  • Hold a PhD in International Business, Management, or Economics from a recognised university.
  • Have a Master's degree in International Business, Management, or Economics from a recognised university.
  • Possess at least 24 publication points, with a minimum of 16 from refereed journal articles.
  • Have at least three years of post-qualification work experience.
  • Be current with industry standards.
  • Be registered with a relevant professional body.
