Operator – Smartphone Assembly (25 Needed)

• Assemble smartphones, televisions, and related electronic products following technical instructions and standard procedures.
• Handle and arrange components correctly for assembly.
• Pack finished products into boxes for storage or dispatch.
• Inspect components and finished products for defects and quality issues.
• Report major defects, equipment problems, or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Operate assembly tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and ensure smooth workflow.

• Have a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Possess hands-on experience in assembling smartphones, televisions, electronics manufacturing, or repairing electronic devices.
• Understand electronic components, assembly tools, product handling, and quality inspection processes.
• Demonstrate good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts.
• Pay close attention to detail and follow technical instructions accurately.
• Have basic skills in troubleshooting and identifying defects.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting and meet daily output goals.

The job pays KSh 1,000 per day.
