Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Integrated Customs Management System (ICMS).
- Oversee bond management and warehousing procedures.
- Lodge customs entries and allocate/release them as required.
- Monitor the movement and release of new consignments.
- Prepare documentation for NTSA unit allocation.
- Maintain and update records, including R59 of MBSA 636.
- Handle licensing and compliance for BMSA 636.
- Coordinate truck loading while ensuring compliance with C40 regulations.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to Customs and RECT departments.
- Keep detailed allocation records.
- Ensure compliance with both local and international logistics regulations.
- Proactively address and resolve logistics and supply chain challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- In-depth knowledge of customs management processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
