Head of Finance & Accounting – Gujarati/Hindi Speaking

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and ensure the accuracy of general ledger and financial statements.
• Manage product costing, cost allocation, inventory valuation, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop management reports, financial dashboards, and profitability analyses.
• Supervise SAP Finance and Controlling processes, ensuring data accuracy and process automation.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and audit coordination.
• Manage working capital including cash flow forecasting, receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams on financial analysis and investment decisions.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team to promote accountability and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is mandatory.
• At least 12 to 15 years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience with significant leadership roles.
• Minimum five years in senior finance leadership within a large manufacturing or FMCG company.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, costing, budgeting, internal controls, working-capital management, auditing, and business partnering.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and management information systems for decision-making.
• Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi is mandatory.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary finance teams and working with operations, supply chain, procurement, and commercial leadership.
• Preferred: Master's degree or MBA.
• Preferred: Active membership in a relevant professional accounting body.
