Customer Service Agent

• Manage order processing accurately following company procedures.
• Provide customers with timely updates on order status and stock availability.

• Experience in pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare companies is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP operating system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
