What you will do
- Monitor the performance of assigned machines and record output hourly.
- Take part in daily autonomous maintenance of machines before shifts.
- Update machine log sheets every hour.
- Report any machine breakdowns to the supervisor immediately.
- Join machine breakdown analysis sessions with the line shift team leader or technician.
- Follow all safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work with the quality team to ensure production quality and report any non-conformance during production.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industries.
- Experience in beverage production is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and quality control systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
