Pattern Making & Measurements

• Prepare and modify garment patterns according to required designs and measurements.
• Take and interpret accurate measurements for garment production and alterations.
• Ensure patterns and measurements are suitable for the required garment style and specifications.

Quality & Production Standards

• Inspect garments during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report sewing defects, material issues, and production challenges.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, neatness, and finishing throughout the production process.

Machine & Workplace Management

• Operate sewing machines and other tailoring equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic machine checks and report equipment faults to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
