Senior Project Manager

• Support the development of business requirements and assist in creating business cases and project charters.
• Define project scope, plan, and responsibilities, securing necessary resources and funding.
• Manage large-scale projects or major work streams, leading teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Establish project governance structures and ensure compliance with project management methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets, providing regular reports to stakeholders and steering committees.
• Ensure operational support staff are trained and that project handover is smooth without disrupting existing systems.
• Manage staff performance, provide coaching, and identify training needs within the project team.

• Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification preferred; candidates without certification must obtain it within six months.
• Familiarity with Prince2, PMI, or other relevant project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Change Governance Framework and value-based management principles.
• Experience with project/programme management software and strong planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint and data visualization.
• Ability to manage resources effectively and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects throughout their full lifecycle with adherence to governance and risk management.
