Senior Manager IT Applications & Asset Management

• Lead the daily operational support of Bancassurance and Investment Banking applications to maintain service availability and stability.
• Manage the Business Applications Support team by planning, directing, and reviewing their work and resolving operational issues.
• Drive improvements in systems, automation, processes, and user training to enhance efficiency and customer service.
• Lead technical delivery for projects involving Bancassurance, Investment Banking, Custody, and Wealth Management applications, including system integrations.
• Maintain detailed documentation such as support procedures, reports, manuals, technical plans, and performance reports.
• Develop team capability through workforce planning, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Establish and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery procedures to ensure service resilience.
• Define and oversee testing and quality assurance for application changes and integrations, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Review software and vendor solutions to ensure compliance with architecture, security, regulatory, and quality standards before implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer/Electronics Engineering (required).
• Master's degree in Management or IT (advantageous).
• Professional certifications such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, ITIL, or RedHat (required).
• LINUX/UNIX Administration skills (advantageous).
• Cloud Management experience with Azure, AWS, or OCI (advantageous).
• Project Management certification or experience (PMP, SCRUM, AGILE) (advantageous).
• Database Management skills (advantageous).
• At least 6 years' experience with payment platforms including Bancassurance, Investment and Wealth Banking, and third-party integrations (essential).
• Understanding of financial, insurance, wealth, and investment services regulations and audits (essential).
• At least 3 years' experience in budgeting, contracting, purchasing, and application system administration and troubleshooting (desired).
• At least 3 years' experience in supervision, training, quality assurance, and security related to payment systems (desired).
• At least 2 years' experience in project management, contract negotiation, and administration (desired).
• Knowledge of banking industry practices and experience with SOAP, Restful, and Files integrations (essential).
• Strong analysis, communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills (desired).
