Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in development, business, social sciences, agriculture, project management or related field; relevant experience may be considered as equivalent.
- At least three years of experience in community-based development or NGO program implementation.
- Experience in Poverty Graduation, livelihoods, enterprise development, savings groups or market systems development is highly desirable.
- Ability to facilitate digital learning and assist community members in using technology; knowledge of systems like Salesforce, TaroWorks, or dashboards is beneficial.
- Strong skills in community facilitation, stakeholder engagement, written reporting, data quality management, and independent problem-solving in the field.
- Proficiency in the local working language(s); knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to rural and remote areas.
- Must be a resident of Turkana West Subcounty, Kakuma Municipality.
