Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification in development, business, social sciences, agriculture, project management or a related field; relevant experience may be considered as equivalent.
- At least three years of relevant experience in community-based development or NGO program implementation.
- Experience in Poverty Graduation, livelihoods, enterprise development, savings groups or market systems development is highly desirable.
- Ability to facilitate digital learning and support community users of technology; familiarity with Salesforce, TaroWorks, dashboards or similar systems is an advantage.
- Strong skills in community facilitation, stakeholder engagement, written reporting, data quality, and independent problem-solving in the field.
- Proficiency in the working language(s) of the duty station; knowledge of relevant local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to travel extensively to rural and remote communities.
- Residency in Kina, Cherab and Isiolo Central Areas is required.
