What you will do
- Supervise and support AIM program activities at the branch level, ensuring planning and implementation meet targets.
- Lead community entry, participant selection, and setup of AIM clubs and mentor recruitment and training.
- Manage data collection, reporting, and financial activities related to the program.
- Coordinate with technical officers and microfinance teams to ensure smooth program operations.
- Support education-related activities including school attendance monitoring and distribution of school-related support.
- Lead livelihood pathway activities including training, asset distribution, and follow-up with participants.
- Ensure safeguarding policies are implemented and act as a focal point for safeguarding issues.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or post-secondary diploma in social studies, community development, gender and development, human resources, business administration, education, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in national or international development, working with marginalized communities on education, microfinance, livelihood, agriculture, food security, or women's empowerment programs.
- Ability to spend extended time in the field and travel within Kenya.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
- Experience with digital reporting or survey platforms is preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, facilitation, and community mobilization skills.
