DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Session Design & Instruction
- Class Delivery: Plan, guide, and execute safe, engaging, and result-oriented Pilates sessions (Mat and/or Reformer/Apparatus) for individuals and small groups.
- Progressive Programming: Design customized fitness programs that accommodate diverse client needs, ranging from fundamental movements for beginners to complex, high-intensity sequences for advanced clients.
- Form Correction: Monitor client movements closely, providing precise verbal cues, tactile corrections, and modifications to ensure proper alignment, maximize muscle engagement, and prevent injury.
Client Engagement & Retention
- Consultations & Assessments: Conduct initial posture, flexibility, and core strength assessments for new clients to establish a baseline and set clear fitness milestones.
- Relationship Building: Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and highly motivating studio environment that drives exceptional client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Goal Tracking: Maintain up-to-date physical or digital profiles tracking client progress, rehabilitation requirements, and personal preferences.
Studio Safety & Operational Discipline
- Emergency Readiness: Maintain valid emergency protocols, keeping a sharp eye on client physical exertion thresholds during training.
- Equipment Care: Ensure all equipment, straps, mats, and apparatus are thoroughly sanitized before and after each session, keeping the workout floor pristine.
- Punctuality: Adhere strictly to the studio’s session timetable, starting and ending classes promptly.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Must be a Certified Pilates Instructor from a globally recognized institution such as STOTT PILATES, BASI Pilates, Balanced Body, or an equivalent elite international body.
- Active and valid CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid Certification
- is strictly required.
- Minimum of 2 years of active teaching experience as a Pilates Instructor, preferably within a commercial boutique studio, luxury wellness center, or premium fitness facility.
- Thorough, deep-seated knowledge of anatomy, core stabilization techniques, breathing methodologies, and visual alignment metrics.
- Proven ability to transition smoothly between private one-on-one personal training lines and vibrant group studio environments.
