K26356 - Assistant Finance Analyst (Locally recruited)

• Review partner financial reports and supporting documents to ensure expenditures align with approved budgets and agreements.
• Assist with processing and tracking payments to partners, and follow up on errors or missing financial reports.
• Support routine finance operations such as reconciliations, journal entries, and reclassifications using D365.
• Help with month-end and year-end financial activities, audits, and ensure all financial records and audit documentation are complete.
• Organise financial closeout records and monitor outstanding partner actions.

• Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, commerce, economics, or a related field.
• Have 1 to 2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, ideally involving partner or project financial management.
• Possession of CPA Part II qualification is preferred.
• Experience working with NGOs, donor-funded projects, partner financial reporting, or ERP systems like D365 is an advantage.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
