Junior MRV Accounting Officer

• Prepare and process daily field allowances and payments, including electronic and international transfers.
• Verify and submit Payment Request Forms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate payment records and resolve discrepancies between payment documents.
• Perform payment reconciliations and prepare reports for approval.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and maintain audit documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and HR documentation for MRV casuals and contractors.
• Assist with budgeting, cash sheet management, and coordination tasks within the MRV project.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and budget tracking.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information discreetly.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, or financial management tools is preferred.
