IT Support Specialist III

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrate a Christ-like attitude in all interactions.

• Use project management tools to monitor and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate the implementation of software, tools, and services for internal clients and departments.
• Resolve complex IT issues and provide hands-on support including software installation, hardware upgrades, and system configuration.
• Conduct security assessments and develop solutions to address vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures and maintain documentation.
• Provide high-level support for IT infrastructure including server rooms, networking, and servers.
• Coach and support other IT professionals and staff as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing software and its applications.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting hardware users such as desktop computers and laptops.
• Knowledge of remote access and VPN technologies.
• Leadership skills with ability to lead and collaborate with teams.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train end users.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adaptability.
