For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: - i. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines; Computer Science, Information system, Information Communication Technology, business information technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. ii. Demonstrated professional competence iii. Good oral and written communication skills iv. A member of an industry related professional body v. Knowledge in of Content Management System (CMS) platforms like Wordpress etc vi. Proficiency in Web development Languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) vii. Knowledge of SEOf viii. Familiarity with Digital Content Management and Scheduling tools
