What you will do
- Support the Associate Director of Impact in developing Theories of Change, logic models, and impact measurement plans for projects.
- Lead the creation of indicator tracking tables and dashboards to measure project targets against actual results.
- Oversee data collection, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation, coordinating with regional and central teams.
- Develop and validate data collection tools following sector best practices.
- Conduct target forecasting and routine internal data reporting, including via Salesforce dashboards or similar.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to generate actionable insights and communicate findings internally and externally.
- Lead after action reviews and internal learning activities to support adaptive management and programme improvement.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience creating Theories of Change, logic models, and impact frameworks.
- Experience developing Evidence and Measurement Frameworks and operational tools like indicator trackers and results-based monitoring.
- Familiarity with project planning, Gantt charts, risk management, and collaboration with project implementation teams.
- Experience working globally across time zones with multiple stakeholders in private sector finance.
- Ability to create and manage systems including processes, technical systems, resourcing, staffing, and ways of working.
- Experience or willingness to learn data analysis software such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Airtable, and visualisation software like Tableau.
- Experience or willingness to learn data analysis techniques including pivot tables, basic regression, and statistical methods.
- Preferred experience includes developing Salesforce dashboards or similar, consulting in funder-facing roles or program funding, and strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate vision into actionable strategies and influence decision-making without formal authority.
- Permanent authorization to work in Kenya or India, ideally based in Nairobi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru.
