What you will do

  • Manage daily hotel operations including reception, housekeeping, restaurant, and kitchen functions.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service are maintained.
  • Supervise hotel staff, prepare duty schedules, and handle customer complaints promptly.
  • Oversee fuel station daily activities such as fuel deliveries, stock monitoring, sales, and reconciliation.
  • Supervise fuel station employees and ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, stock wastage, and revenue for both hotel and fuel station.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements for both operations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment, and fuel pumps.
  • Develop initiatives to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare management reports and identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business management, operations management, or related field.
  • Between three and five years of experience in managing hotel operations, fuel station operations, retail, or general business operations.
  • Experience overseeing multiple business units is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
  • Competence in financial management and stock control.
  • Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Personal qualities including honesty, strong leadership, customer focus, organisation, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, financial discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
