DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CNC Machine Operation
- Operate CNC machines according to production specifications.
- Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
- Monitor machine performance and production processes.
Technical Drawings & Programming
- Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
- Read and follow CNC programs and work instructions.
- Confirm dimensions and specifications before machining.
Quality Control
- Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality.
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Identify and report defects or quality issues.
Machine Maintenance & Safety
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all machine safety and workplace procedures.
Production Support
- Meet assigned production targets and schedules.
- Report machine faults and production issues promptly.
- Work closely with supervisors and other production staff.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience operating CNC machines in a production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of CNC programs and machine setup procedures.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments will be an added advantage.
- CNC machine operation and setup skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
