Job Purpose
To support the Audit team in conducting audit assignments, preparing working papers, and ensuring that audit procedures are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in conducting audit assignments under the guidance of the Audit Senior or Manager.
- Prepare and organize audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Perform basic audit tests and verification of financial records.
- Assist in obtaining and analyzing client information and documents.
- Participate in stock counts, cash counts, and other audit procedures where required.
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
- Ensure assigned work is completed within agreed timelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Audit Senior or Manager.

- Timely completion of assigned audit tasks.
- Accuracy and quality of audit working papers.
- Compliance with audit procedures and instructions.
- Ability to learn and apply audit and accounting knowledge.
- Professionalism, teamwork, and reliability.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Progress towards professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and auditing.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
