Residence Supervisor

• Plan and organise daily tasks for gardeners, cleaners, and other household staff.
• Assign duties, set priorities, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.
• Supervise staff to maintain cleanliness, gardening, and property upkeep.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance of workers.
• Give clear instructions and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Inspect the residence regularly to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure proper use and upkeep of household tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Report maintenance and staff issues to the employer or representative.
• Coordinate daily needs to ensure smooth running of the residence.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and respect among staff.

• At least 3 years' experience supervising household staff, general workers, gardening, or property maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team.
• Mature, trustworthy, responsible, and highly organised.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach with problem-solving ability.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
• Willingness to work in Limuru.

Salary ranges from KES 25,000 to 45,000 per month.
