Requirements for Appointment

• An earned LLD, LLM and LLB degrees from a recognized and accredited university;
• Be admit ted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with at least Five (5) years’ post -

admission experience as a legal practitioner;

• Have demonstrable training in pedagogy and andragogy skills;
• Must have taught Commercial Law courses at the undergraduate level i n a University for a

period of at least Three (3) years (This competence must be Clearly demonstrated);

• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills;
