What you will do
- Manage and maintain IT systems, software, email accounts, and technical infrastructure.
- Administer the Zoho platform including Desk, Cliq, Workplace, Forms, Sheets, People, Campaigns, and Sign.
- Develop, customise, and maintain the company website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Support and administer AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini.
- Monitor cybersecurity and website security, handling incidents and coordinating with vendors.
- Manage RingCentral phone system accounts and configurations.
- Provide technical support for healthcare systems like eClinicalWorks and manage access to insurance and referral platforms.
Requirements
- Experience in IT systems administration and technical support.
- Knowledge of Zoho suite administration or similar cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website maintenance.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and a security-focused mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken English with good organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Preferred experience supporting US healthcare or medical practices.
- Preferred knowledge of eClinicalWorks, RingCentral, payer portals, and referral platforms.
