What you will do

  • Develop visual concepts and designs based on client briefs and event themes.
  • Design event branding materials such as backdrops, banners, invitations, programmes, and signage.
  • Create graphics for digital platforms including social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Prepare print-ready and digital artwork files ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate with production suppliers and obtain approvals before finalising artwork.
  • Maintain organised archives of design files and track project progress and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, events, and operations teams to align designs with client needs and event requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in events, creative agencies, hospitality, or branding environments.
  • A portfolio showing digital design, print layouts, and branding work; event-related projects are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign or equivalent software, with ability to produce and revise editable artwork independently.
  • Practical knowledge of print preparation, large-format artwork, and digital content specifications.
  • Strong skills in layout, typography, colour, and composition.
  • Ability to interpret client briefs and translate event themes and brand guidelines into visual concepts.
  • Preferred: experience supporting event setup and checking branding placement and quality on site.
  • Preferred: ability to develop social media content calendars and adapt designs for digital campaigns.
  • Preferred: skills in event photography, photo retouching, and selecting images for promotional use.
