What you will do

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex multi-stakeholder global health programs.
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables, meeting materials, and reports that meet client needs.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and suggest practical solutions.
  • Conduct market and landscape analyses in LMICs to evaluate opportunities and challenges.
  • Assist in developing portfolio and product strategies for LMIC healthcare contexts.
  • Create value propositions and go-to-market strategies tailored to LMIC settings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and diverse LMIC stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner and primary contact.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public health, pharmacy, life sciences, or business.
  • A master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
  • Have at least five years of professional experience involving LMIC healthcare environments, preferably in consulting, global health, or life sciences.
  • Demonstrate project management and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Possess strong research, analysis, and synthesis skills to convert complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in global health sectors like vaccines, essential medicines, diagnostics, health system strengthening, or health financing is an advantage (preferred).
