(a) Duties and Responsibilities

i. Assessing and formulating patient’s treatment plan; ii. Maintaining records and data relating to patients; iii. Collecting data for operational research; iv. Sensitizing the community on occupational therapy issues; and v. Preparing periodic reports. vi. Performing any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor.
