Pay KES 12,500 a month, housing included, rising to up to KES 16,000 with the monthly results bonus. Paid weekly.
Hours Part time: 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 and 17:00 Kenya time. You choose the hours around your classes.
Contract An independent service contract with Oleg Cherkas, founder of work.ke. Our Kenyan company is being registered, and contracts move to it once it is. What you will do Call and email university career offices, TVET colleges and student associations across Kenya. Agree how each one shares work.ke with students: a link on their careers page, an email to students or a post in their WhatsApp groups. Send partners new internships and graduate jobs every week and follow up on what they publish. Keep the partner tracker up to date: who you spoke to, what they said and the next step. Collect feedback from students and career staff and bring it to the team. What we need A student at a Kenyan university or TVET college, or a recent graduate. Class reps and student leaders are preferred. Good academic standing and clear spoken and written English. Swahili is a plus. Comfortable calling career offices and writing down every result. Your own smartphone, laptop and reliable internet. Free for 4 hours on weekdays between 7:00 and 17:00.
